We’re your one-stop shop for all things rodeo and ranch! From premium ranch ropes and durable horse blankets to roping gloves and saddle pads, we’ve got the gear to keep you riding strong. Our products are designed for both working ranch hands and competitive rodeo athletes.
Are your products suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We carry everything from kid ropes for young riders just starting out to professional-grade equipment for seasoned competitors. Our roping dummies are perfect for practice, and we’ve got calf ropes in various sizes to suit all skill levels.
Do you offer custom ranch ropes?
Yes, we do! Our custom ranch ropes are handcrafted to your specifications. Because these are made-to-order items, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order to discuss your needs.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB. We also accept PayPal for your convenience. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Is my payment information secure?
Faster than a jackrabbit in a hailstorm! We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. Your financial details are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to make changes, holler quick! Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We process orders faster than a bucking bronco (usually within 1-2 hours), so the sooner you reach out, the better chance we have of catching your order before it ships.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide except certain Asian and remote regions. Our headquarters are in Reading, US, and we partner with top carriers to get your gear where it needs to go.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two ways to get your gear:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping – perfect when you need competition ropes or gloves pronto!
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping – great for seasonal purchases or when stocking up.
How long does order processing take?
We’ll have your order processed and ready to ship faster than you can say “yeehaw!” – typically within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your gear hits the trail.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
While we don’t currently offer expedited shipping options, our Standard Shipping via DHL or FedEx is pretty speedy – getting your arena essentials to you in 10-15 business days after shipping. For time-sensitive needs, we recommend ordering well before you need the items.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
International riders take note: While we handle all shipping costs, you may be responsible for import duties or taxes based on your local regulations. These fees aren’t included in your order total and are determined by your country’s customs office.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
If your gear doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, we’ll make it right quicker than a barrel racer around the last turn! You have 15 days from the delivery date to return items in original condition (unused with tags attached). We’ll process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned items.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. For specialty items like custom ranch ropes or roping chutes, please contact us before returning.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the process faster than a cutting horse can separate a calf from the herd!
What if my item arrives damaged?
We stand behind every product as firmly as we stand in our stirrups! If your gear arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
