Our Return & Exchange Guarantee
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as items are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (more important than a good dally wrap)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note on Special Items: For the safety of all our riders, roping gloves and nosebands that show signs of use cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons – just like you wouldn’t share your personal rodeo gear.

Refund Information
Once we receive your return:
