We saddle up your orders quick and ship ’em safe to corrals worldwide (except some remote areas and parts of Asia). Here’s how we roll:
Order Processing
We’ll get your gear ready in 1-2 business days – faster than breaking in a new saddle.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping)
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship free via EMS (arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: International shipments may take longer, just like shipping overseas takes more time than a local rodeo circuit.
Returns & Exchanges
If your purchase didn’t buck your expectations, we’ll make it right. Here’s our return policy, straight as a ranch rope:
Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, as long as items are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging (more important than a good dally wrap)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our riders, these items cannot be returned if used:
- Roping Gloves
- Nosebands
Just like you wouldn’t share your personal rodeo gear, we can’t accept these back for hygiene reasons.
