2. The Roundup: Products & Orders

2.1 Product Information

We take pride in our quality rodeo gear including:

• Arena supplies, ropes, and accessories
• Headstalls, nosebands, and saddle pads
• Roping gear, gloves, and training equipment

While we rope in the best product images possible, slight color variations may occur between photos and actual items.

2.2 Order Process

When you place an order:

1. You’ll receive an order confirmation email (check your spam corral if it doesn’t arrive)
2. We’ll process your order in 1-2 business days (faster than breaking in a new saddle)
3. You’ll receive shipping confirmation when your gear hits the trail

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

If your gear doesn’t fit right or meet expectations:

• Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with proof of purchase
• Certain items (roping gloves, nosebands) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

5.2 Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• Processing takes 3-5 business days
• Refund issued to original payment method
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)
